Room Types

There are a number of accommodation options in convenient locations offering comfortable rooms and high-quality facilities for international students who want to study in China. The room types could be on or off-campus and vary from single, double occupancy to shared apartments and private studios as well we private apartments.  These include but are not limited to: the facilities within the room & the site, the location of the room as well as how recently the room has been built or refurbished.

Consider the options below to find out more about each room type,  whether shared or private, price estimations and what is included. Some Chinese Universities have varieties of accommodation and our team  guides applicants to understand what works best and fits their expectations.

APARTMENTS

Non En Suite with Double Occupancy I

This room type is a basic Double occupancy study bedroom (2 beds) with shared public kitchen for each floor. The Bathroom and washroom facilities are located within the apartment and only used by you and your roommate. They are available at most universities except for Ph.D. or Graduate students. Please note that the university will pair you with a roommate.

These rooms are the most price-effective option across our halls and suit those who want all the fundamental facilities, room services, and student living environment that the universities provide, without the added extras and cost.

Non En Suite with Single Occupancy II

Similar to the above, this room type is a basic single occupancy study bedroom (for 1 student) with a shared public kitchen for each floor. The Bathroom and washroom facilities are located within the apartment and only used by you which means students with this type of room do not share the bathroom facilities. They are available at most universities at extra cost. You should make this request as preference.

These rooms are slightly more expensive than the double-occupancy cost-effective for international students who want all the fundamental facilities, room services and student living environment that the universities provide, without the added extras and cost.

Non En Suite with Double Occupancy III

This room type is a basic single occupancy study bedroom / Double occupancy with shared public kitchen for each floor. The Bathrooms and washroom facilities are also shared with the entire floor mates. These rooms do not come with private bathrooms. They are lowest cost possible apartment types international students can select for their stay in China.

It is ideal for students who want the most affordable accommodation options. It comes with room service and cleaning services

Studio Flat Category

The Studio apartments could be on or off-campus depending on the applicants’ expectations. The self-contained studio flats at various universities have a small kitchen and en suite bathroom. Built more recently than the options above, they are for single occupancy and generally more suited to postgraduate or mature students, though all students are able to apply for them. They are great for students wanting their own space and facilities but still with the other benefits of living in university accommodation.

There are complete privacy and more expensive compared with all options above.

Prices

The prices start from 5000 RMB to 8000 RMB ($800 to $1200) per month

Apartment Flats - 1 or 2 bedrooms

For international students who want to study in China but also want to live a completely normal life devoid of campus features, this options will be great. One and two bedroom flats are available for students and staff who are a couple or small family looking for university accommodation. They contain a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and also a small living area. They are available in halls or in small blocks of flats which are owned and managed by the University and private investors.

Homestay Accommodation

Want to live with a Chinese Family and immerse into the culture? The homestay accommodation is surely an option to consider. Applicants will live with a Chinese family while studying in China. We vet families well to combine their expectations with applicant expectations.

The homestay accommodation option comes with some restrictions from families especially staying late and we enlighten applicants so they can make quality decisions.
